Organization Overview
A group of friends having professional education of similar views in social work came together to work for the most marginalized people of the society. The focus was to target the urban poor, especially the groups which were most vulnerable and target areas which had poor access to government facilities as a result of their location. Hence “Pragya Social Organization” was formed and registered under the Madhya Pradesh Societies’ Registration Act 1973 on 7th August 2003 to work with such communities, especially with children and women.

Thousands of Differently Abled (Divyang) children from marginalized and weaker sections of our society struggle every day without access to education, therapy, proper nutrition, and the care they need to grow and thrive.
At Pragya Social Organization, we are dedicated to changing this reality. Through our Rehabilitation Program, we provide these children with education, therapy, vocational training, nutritious food, and holistic rehabilitation support — helping them live with dignity and independence.

Mr. Mohit Khare
Mr. Khare is Graduate in computer application and PG in business management. He has over 18 years of significant experience in the social development sector. He has worked enormously for Skill development Sector, Income Generation Programs for Women, HIV/AIDS, Adolescent/Women Health
Mr. Tasavindar Singh
Tasavindar Singh is a senior development professional with 15+ years of experience in managing CSR, skill development, and livelihood projects across India. He excels in project design, stakeholder engagement, and partnership management with NGOs and government bodies. His core expertise includes monitoring & evaluation, impact assessment, and implementing financial literacy and women empowerment programs. Currently a Senior Data Analyst, he leverages strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making. He is proficient in English and Hindi and has a proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-impact social initiatives.
Mr. Shivam Tripathi
Mr. Tripathi is a MCA, MBA, IIM-B (certification in DA) having more than 21 years of experience in technology, including the multinational company and the Government domain.
